Step 2.
- We will listen all the details in your request, take all property Address and description. We will research and obtain any additional property details, big or small.
Step 3.
- We will tell you the time interim of the job delivery from start to finish.
- Project Cost will be provided. We usually request a down payment on the project before commencement of work - from 20% to 50% depending on the nature of the work.
- Work commences - Site visit required 90% of the time. to field verify, survey, take measurements, pictures and existing conditions.
- Drawings and specifications get done and delivered to you.
Step 5.
- Drawings and Department of Buildings Forms submitted Building Permits pulled and submitted to you.
Step 6.
- Construction or associated renovation commences and is completed.
- Other building services may be required during construction.
